Feels like a sprained ankle but it's not.
Post Body

Hey fellow therapists! I have a weird condition that I'm wondering if anybody else has any experience with. About 3 weeks ago I started having a little pain upon medial ankle rotation. Kind of like I'd rolled my ankle, but I haven't at all. The weird thing is it's only on medial ankle rotation. I could ran, jump, and walk just fine. The pain is just superior and medial to the malleolus if that makes sense. I did get a new pair of sandals that I think might be the major contributing factor. Also I started playing in volleyball grass league at the end of May, which is once a week. This last Saturday I definitely overdid it in a volleyball tournament: 11 games of competive vball. I'll probably be going to the doctor this week but I'm just wondering if anybody has ever seen or experienced something like this?
