So I've been seeing this girl regularly this year. we get along and communicate very well. Light to med pressure. I have been lifting weights and doing more workouts and I just got a massage Sunday. I could hear the popping in my back as she rubbed the tightness/stiffness out.
I'm typically always very relaxed and body light after a massage. This time I'm sore and it hurts. How long does this last? Do I need more massages cause of workouts? More water? What can I do? Any advice much appreciated thank you
