Communicating with Clients
Post Body

I currently use Acuity for scheduling which has one text reminder per appointment, and email confirmation of the appointment and any changes.

Outside of that I use straight up text messages for direct communication. I am to the point that I am booked out enough to need a waiting list. I need to be able to blast out on short notice that I have a cancelation / opening.

Email (can do BCC for privacy) is hit or miss for many folks, and I can't send a group SMS Text without opening a dreaded "group communication" as well as exposing everyone's basic contact info. I'm not a TicToc or Snapchat person, and have a defuse enough clientele that many might not have that kind of online portal.

Does anyone have a good solution for a direct group contact service?? Openings, marketing, specials, etc (willing to switch booking service if there is one that has a misc communication option)
