Just got a weird call from 760-670-2519 that says it's from Escandido, CA.

Guy who barely spoke english (asian dialect) wanted a 90 mintue massage but insisted on paying over the phone right then and there ... kind of fixated on that part. First he said "for someone" then said "for himself" like he was struggling with a script. First he said this week, then didn't blink when I said I was booked until late June ... he just wanted to give me a card number. He couldn't answer when I asked what he needed massage for.

Even offered him a referral to get in sooner and he didn't want it.

When I told him that I charge at the time of service he tried to get me to take payment over the phone with various services. When I told him again I don't take prepayment over the phone he said thank you and hung up.

Sounds scammish. There was a lot of conversation in the background, could have been a phone bank. Probably stolen cards and then they will demand reimbursement in a different form. Not sure, but keep an eye out.
