Looking for friends

Hi everyone! I’m looking for friends. Being 26 out of college for 4 years it’s been difficult to find friends. Looking for gaming friends, gym buddies, want to join a sports team, or just simply grab a drink.
Lately it’s been tough to see all my college friends that I once was close with all hangout and not invite me anymore. Trying not to take it personally.
Any recommendations on how to make friends?
