So i took my test this morning at 8Am with the light shining in my eye and still was smooth the whole way. there was one single turn where she didn't say till last minute and i still signaled and then turned but didn't do it untill last minute because that's when she said and she agreed. I parellel parked perfect in two turns. She said i came close to bumping a cone in an extremely small spot but I did not. Not the issue, she said it ws fine otherwise. We pulled up a hill and she had me park and back up and all that. So the question that appearently disqaualified me and failed me was "how do you park when on this hill". I said you turn your sterring wheel to the right once in park like we are and pull up the emergency brake so you don't slide down the street, and you hit the bumper instead." Obviously I said turn the wheel right and not left like I meant but I explained it correctly. We got back perfectly fine and sshe asked me again and I stood on the question even after we got back and parked because I know I explained it right but she then proceeded to tell me she was failing me based off the fact you turn your wheel left not right and I could be a danger to the public. Is this really fair to be something to fail somebody over? I did everything else perfectly fine. I grew up in South Boston, driiving in the city for 7 years and stopped driving when my lisence exxpired and just went to get a new one now. I know how to drive, I just said the wrong direction but explained it right and also, shoudln't you get some leinancy on getting something wrong. One thing wrong besides the last minute signalling she admitted was half her fault.
TLDR; I was failed on my drivers test for when parking on the right side of a hill going up, I said to turn the wheel right so you don't go back into traffic and pull your emergency break up and the answer is left... Is this enough to fail somebody off alone or was I treated unfairly?
Update: I DMd the MASS RMV on Twitter and they told me it's not an automatic disqualifer lilke she said and gave me an email for where to file my complaint. You guys should really not give advice if you don't know what the hell you're talking about.
