I don't desire to be aesthetic, I want to be strong.

I am not looking to build muscles that are just good for show, I want to become physically capable of doing things that require insane strength.

I also desire to become physically capable of defeating people in fights, atleast average people who don't have any experience of fighting and not only defeating by things like punching and kicking but also being capable of doing thigns like if I hold someone they have a hard time getting out of the grip of my hands or have a hard time pulling or pushing me out of the place in which I am standing.

What type of workout would you recommend to me, experienced men of this subreddit, help.

Well. Learn to fight then.

Personal recommendation? Pick up a good Muay Thai gym. They'll break you down and build you back up. We can talk about how effective this it that martial art is until the end of time but Muay Thai gyms make you work out incredibly hard and acknowledges the 1st rule of street fights (assume the other guy is coming at you with a hidden knife ) as a core design philosophy.
