Purchased a Used Maschine Mk3 w/ no Licenses or registration.

Contacting previous owner for a transfer ID is not possible, because i purchased it from a Retailer (Guitar Center). i sent a ticket for support to Native Instruments, but haven't received a response.
What are the cons of not having your product registered? Could i still use it ?
Will the Maschine Hardware not have the Komplete Select library it originally comes with ?
If i purchased the software, would i still NOT be able to use the hardware, until i register the product in Native Access?
