Edit: I found a place! Thanks so much everyone. I really didn’t expect to get much of a response. I have two obligations in Bethesda today with a two hour break between them. It takes me 40 minutes to get there so no point in going home. I’d really like to get something to eat and eat it in the car parked at a park, or an overlook, or something like that. I don’t want to eat in anywhere for numerous reasons, one being that I want a break from the noise. Any ideas?
