I’ve been living in Maryland for over a year now, and while I have my ups and downs with this state, I have a great job in DC that pays well. The only issue is that housing in the DMV area is extremely expensive. I currently live in Hyattsville in a newer apartment, but I’m not a fan of the area at all. I’m hoping for some information regarding other locations where I could rent a townhome. Montgomery County is where I would prefer to be, but I’m not sure if I could afford it. I also don’t want to be too far out, as I still need access to the Metro.
