I read the website and it said it’s not open to public and I’m not quite sure what that means.
Having moved here to MD, I’m surprised to find out there’s NIST right next door. I thought maybe I’d give a visit over the weekend but it doesn’t seem to appear that you could visit it like a Smithsonian Museum so I just wanted to make sure if that’s okay.
Edit: I’m sorry if I came across as offensive. I am new to the area, moved from Ohio and wasn’t sure of the rules. I was just trying to find new places to see, look around and have a good time. Can’t believe I got hate for this.
