How do you think Jake Lockley managed to beat Harrow in the finale?

Marc, Steven, and Layla were really up against the ropes in the final fight. Marc seemed to be beaten and was about to die, and Layla was getting overwhelmed. So how did Jake manage to not only get out of that position by Harrows staff, but also completely destroy all the other henchmen and beat the absolute shit out of Harrow? I get that Jake is the one personality with no morals and is the most brutal, but I don’t know really how he was able to turn that situation around.
