Question regarding Loki (the series) and what it means for MCU spiderman. (also spoilers for no way home I guess)

so the TVA would prevent any timelines from straying too far apart, making sure everything followed the same general pattern with some allowed deviation.
Loki was taken after stealing the tesseract. However after watching no way home I started to wonder.
The MCU timeline lacks an oscorp, this leads to a lot of things consistent with other spiderman timelines to not happen. This seems like a pretty big deviation so why would the TVA not have stopped this?
