So like many , i am rewatching during these times.

I am at GOTG and the collector mentions that the stones could only be held by powerful beings with out being destroyed...

skip fast forward ronan and starlord

Even back track to when fury grabbed the tesseract it shows him wince in a bit of pain

Red skull held it and got "vaporized" (pre our IW knowledge)

Then AFTER those instances people just randomly hold the stones no trouble.

I guess my question is , was that just a power stone exclusive thing or do they kinda just ignore that line and now anyone can hold the stones?

Edit: yes i know starlord was half celestial at the time...i mentioned that above...im talking after that.. Age of Ultron forward
