I've been thinking a lot lately about the best way to introduce Venom into the MCU and I think I've come up with a pretty solid way they could do it starting to get the ball rolling as soon as Infinity War.

• During Infinity War Peter could get the black suit in a similar fashion he got it in Secret Wars. His suit is damaged and there's a machine that replicates clothing. But he mistakes another machine for the clothing replicator which would reveal the symbiote and attach itself to Peter

• Fast forward to the Spider-Man Homecoming sequel. Peter now has the black suit and slowly over the course of the film we start to see how it is changing him. He becomes more violent with how he deals with criminals. Not as friendly as he usually is to his friends.

• During this time we are introduced to Eddie Brock, which we could introduce similar to how they did in Spectacular Spider-Man, Eddie being a former Midtown high student and intern as ESU and already great friends with Peter so we can really see how their friendship falls apart. Feeling sympathy for Brock when his quality of life falls apart. By the end of the film when Peter finally ditches the symbiote, Eddies life will have been ruined and will hate Peter and blame him for all of what happened to him. As the church bells ring and the symbiote falls off Peter it will find Eddie who could be trying to steal Peters job at the bugle, explaining him being at the church. The last of Eddie that we see in the film would be in a post credits scene similar to venoms introduction in Spider-Man TAS

• Jump to the MCUs Spider-Man 3, Venom is the main villain of the film. I would base the story of the film off Venoms first major appearance in The Amazing Spiderman. Venom stalking Peter throughout the film and making his life a living hell. Then when Peter finally fights Venom things don't go his way and near defeat, end the film with Peter faking his death to fool Eddie as that would be the only way to stop Venom and Eddie thinking he's bested Spider-Man retreats to the Caribbean islands.

• Now we could have a Venom spin off movie that would put Eddie Brock in a "good guy" viewpoint of the film. I would focus the plot of the film on the Amazing Spider-Man Carnage storyline. Open the film with a line of gruesome murders by who we think is Venom. Spider-Man freaking out thinking this is Venom on a killing spree tried to trace these murders back to one event. He discovers that an old cell mate of Brocks, Cletus Kasady, was a serial killer and recently escaped from Ryker's island. Peter comes across Kasady who jumps to attack him reveal Carnage. After a battle that Peter nearly looses Carnage escapes. Realizing he can't defeat Carnage on his own he seeks out Brock, shifting the focus of the film to him now. After a brief fight with Venom Peter promises Venom his freedom if he helps stop Carnage. Venom agrees because Carnage is killing innocent people and goes with Peter back to New York. After tracking Carnage to a Heavy metal concert just like the comics. A giant fight ensues that trails into the subway. To add a twist to the film, Nearly defeated the Carnage symbiote jumps off Kasady and jumps to Peter taking him over and giving us Spider Carnage. Really putting Venom in the spotlight. Now a conflict in Eddies mind, does he kill both of his greatest enemies in the same place. Brock after taking control over the symbiote and destroying Carnage but sparing Peter. He leaves but promises to destroy Peter another day. Ending the movie there

These are just my thoughts about how he could be introduced though, I really hope venom is introduced kinda like this one day. He and Carnage are some of my favorite Spider-Man villains and I've always wanted to see them done the right way
