the creator of TVA. I believe he is the one who gave everyone their names, and that's how Mobius, OB, Hunter, Casey made their way to TVA. Mobius also learnt it from Loki that Jet Skis are beautiful union of form and function". I also believe he is resetting the loop so Kang's equation from TVA is removed (really sad if they wrap up Jonathan Majors from this show and MCU but that's a whole different thing). I also believe this is connected to why HWR let Sylvie kill him and why he wanted Loki and Sylvie to run the TVA before Sylvie killed him, HWR knew it from the start.

The whole thing is designed as Ouroborous (snake eating its own tail).

P.S. Love how Loki couldn't initially control time-slipping when asked to focus on the why; he was focusing on saving the TVA when the real reason was because he didn't want to be alone (from when he shared with Sylvie) which is not just the who but also why. Anyway, what do you all think?
