Okay so two things! Would love everyone's thoughts on this.

First of all, when Loki visits the war room, it's actually the room for Council of Kangs. This can be further supported by the fact that all Kang's faces on the wall are slightly different (helmets, eyebrows, eyes, etc.). There are also 6 seats (as noticed at 36:57 remaining) which suggests the 5 Kangs and Ravonna having their seats (as possibly referenced by the recording of Kang and Ravonna).

Secondly, Loki tells Mobius (when Mobius asks why he doesn't remember Kang from past) that his memory was wiped along with everyone else's at the TVA. I feel OB was forgotten about since no one goes down there and this is because Mobius's memory was wiped 400 years ago but OB's wasn't. No dialogue exists where OB is told about Kang so he hasn't shared about it yet. But Mobius doesn't remember OB because of that and so no one has been down to OB's repair room either because no one knows if he even exists or is down there.
