Picked up Black Panther today. And from my understanding, if you hit an opponent that has a Vibranium Mark with the Spirit Rend ability, then Spirit Rend is supposed to instantly refresh with no cooldown.

But there have been multiple times where I have hit marked enemies with Spirit Rend, and it hasn't refreshed.

At first I thought "Okay, maybe my aim just sucks, and I missed them. Or I hit somebody else, and not the person I had marked". Because that certainly seemed plausible. I'm no pro after all. And playing Black Panther requires a higher sensitivity than I'm used to.

But this has happened several times now. Not all the time. Most of the time it works fine. But it's happening enough to become noticeably annoying.

Enemy has the mark -> I hit them with Spirit Rend -> Enemy no longer has the mark (because hitting them with Spirit Rend consumed the mark) -> My Spirit Rend ability did not refresh.
