Any tips on black panther?

I realy look the look and kit of black panther. Although he´s one of the harde characters to learn i want to try to get better on him. But i struggle with dealing damage/one shoting the enemy. Normaly i try to hit a spear, follow up with a sprint rend (L Shift), into spinning kick (E), back into sprint rend (L Shift). I saw in tutorial that this should be able to kill. But whenever i do it it only does about half life or the enemy flies away. Am i doing the combo wrong? Do others have the same problem or am i the only one?
