Voice chat issues?

So voice chat works like 5% of the time, I thought it was only in competitive play that voice chat isn’t working so I went to double check and quick play voice chat doesn’t work either. I’ve went into my settings and made sure all the correct settings are on and still doesn’t work.
I feel voice chat is essential in this game because most the teams I play in keep trying to play solo (as if this isn’t a TEAM game)
