Tips for gaining omega points?

I want more. 120 aint gonna cut it.
edit: All repliers have overestimated my understanding of the system. Literally: How do I get them? I get the subtext that OPs come from experience points? I get omega points while leveling characters but it's better to use a 60? Can you explain briefly why? I tend to miss the first day of class and I didn't get the syllabus. Thanks.
