Can anyone help me find a comic I read? Possible spoilers in describing the comic?

It was a marvel symbiote comic, there was an invasion and heroes were being bonded with symbiotes but then eaten by another race of aliens which then gained the power of that hero. They were like little skeletons which would consume the super powered symbiote host and then change into an alien type version of the individual. I can't remember much else about it other than it was an invasion type situation and I think venom was the lead but I'm not sure, but any help with a name would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much in advance!
