Hey folks,

I'm a casual comic reader these days (was a diehard back in the day). I loved the Ultimate Universe back from the early 2000's, but nowadays, I don't have the patience for a series that crosses over into 4 other titles. I really just want to get into upcoming Ultimate X-Men by Peach Momoko. Do I need to preface reading this with anything, or is this a clean reboot? Are we anticipating crossover between other 2024 Ultimate titles?

I'd love to get back into Marvel Comics, but I just can't justify following 3 or 4 other titles that have little appeal to me just to read this incarnation of Ultimate X-Men.
