Question About Venom Villain interaction

So I was playing against Venom with Miles last night and their was one interaction I wasn't quite clear on that I was hoping someone could help me with.

So obviously when I use webshot and then trigger venom shot it counts as 2 instances of damage on venom so I add 2 booster cards to my hero.

What wasn't clear is the wording of "Additional" on Archnobatics is less clear. When I use this card while the villain is stunned or confused does it do a total of 5 damage, or 2 and then 3? As in does it trigger Venoms passive twice or once?
