Need some guidance to choose a martial art
Post Body

Hi Guys, I'm a 27 yo man who struggles with depression and anxiety. While i'm way better now than some years ago, i still fighting and trying to get better. A common recomendation from my terapist is to excercise and meditate. I used to practice some team sports like football and Voleyball , but the pandemic has made it very difficutl to do now, andithink going to a traditional gym is very boring since i find it purposeless. On the other hand i have always find meditation difficult and i'm not very good at it. That is why i think a martial art could help me, but i lack the knowledge to choose one. Ideally i want something that centers as much in the mental state as the physical, but dont know if that is a thing (excuse me, i dont know much about this subject. Thanks in advance!
