I donโt know this is the right description but after every mma sparring some part if my body hurt as hell. For example my partner want to take down and his head crush my lib. Not too big but It gives me pain at least two weeks. Another day I eat a hook to my chin not big again and it really gives pain. Iโm 83 kg to 189 cm. How you deal with this kind of injuries ? Which supplements you use ? Should i do more gym maybe I donโt know ๐
practice moving back out of range and angle on the bag after your combo too.
if you do a jab cross don't stop after the cross. it's jab cross out angle don't stay in range on the last punch ever. you will do it in a fight otherwise. also sit on your punches and throw from your back leg. pull the punches back as fast as they went out.
you should be able to shadow box at full punch power , if you come off balance keep adjusting and have your front leg longer than you feel it should go. if your nose goes over the top of your front knee when punching, you will not be able to bring your punch back fast enough.
watch some of the videos, take note of the angles, the pull back whip action and flow

if his neck was stronger that doesn't make his chin hurt less. you could say that would make his neck hurt less or help with knockouts with unexpected blows.
It's about understanding where your head position is, in the scrambles and body to body contact. tucking your head against his arm if close. if he shoots for the take down and he is in range, committing to the sprawl while momentarily shooting your head to the sky and launching hips to the ground.
think less about your strength when starting out, complete waste of time. put as many hours as you can into techniques. Practice flowing between positions because when you are static that is when they can easily read you and you get caught. you need to be able to shoot, strike, slip, counter at any moment so the more you practice those things from a non static position and flowing into the next move the better.
understanding all of this stuff gives you an understanding of where your head should be to avoid the clashes. They are inevitable and you have a lot when starting out. focus on the strength and conditioning after you have the basics sussed out and you are looking to compete. Look into getting your strength and conditioning through partner drilling and give up an slow moving weight exercises. everything explosive from now on.
train slow move slow, think in steps fight in steps
you want to train explosive and think about your moves in a flow not a " 1, 2, 3 step" do the steps at first then flow the steps and get rid of the step process thought a flow tge combos or moves if that makes sense. hard to explain over text
