Been doing some reading, and I'd love to hear some input from the folks here.
I had enough issues with static punching in TKD, and I've been much happier with Krav's punching, using the hips to generate force. (I have separate issues with not being allowed to punch people in Eskrima).
Here's someone though saying that the hips aren't the source of your power; and he makes a good argument for his point.
So what do you think?
