Hey everyone, was hoping to get some advice. I have a heavy bag that I love using for boxing, but I want to try training to throw kicks properly. Not planning on seriously getting into MMA or anything, but I feel like it would be a nice tool to have from a technique development and maybe self-defense perspective if needed. The bag I have is a bit too short for that though. Everything I throw feels like it's a body kick rather than a low kick. Is there anything I can add to this, or do with this to facilitate kicking training?, Like something I could maybe attached to the base if it's to add that extra little bit of length, or something else? I know that the obvious option is to just get a longer bag, and empty the filling from this one into it, but I'd rather save myself the work if that's possible.
