How to stop legs from being stiff

Hi all, I’ve been boxing since July and I love it however when I try to move round during practice I find my movements are quite stiff. I’m not sure how to explain it well but like my teammates seem to be more ‘bouncy’ and on their toes but I struggle with that and feel more rigid with my movements. Has anyone else or is anyone else like this Kind regards
