I’m platinum. For my welcome gift at applicable brands, I almost always choose the F&B credit. Yet, more often than not, it doesn’t get appropriately credited/refunded, so there’s always a song and dance at the front desk to get things resolved. This happens across properties. Even corporate managed/non-franchised locations.
Does anybody know why this is the case? And how I can make it not happen? It’s not a huge deal. But just annoying that I can’t checkout online in peace without needing to stop by the front desk.
