I have this deep rooted belief of getting married , yet, apart from signing a legal contract I do not see any inherent benefits.
Post Body

Is there anyone here who is in their 50's and has never been married? I would like to know if you feel that your lacking in something in life or on the contrary feel a sense of joy and fulfillment.

As a 29 year old, I am wandering if I should live my life single engaging in Cohabitation for the rest of my life rather than sign a legal marriage contract. Should I let go of this concept of marriage that I have convinced myself as a teenager as something useful.

I Fell in love with a girl who was going to marry me and let me down where I feel so much pain that I just don't ever want to face this.

What if I get married and there is a divorce or death? Is the pain worth it?
