Am I wrong to feel used and disrespected?
Post Body

Tl;Dr - my wife takes money out of our account to buy product for her business, but she keeps the profits and never pays back the investment.

She sells clothes online. She buys them at thrift and discount stores and then sells them online at a markup. She’s always bragging about great finds like a pair of jeans she bought for $7 at goodwill and sold for $50. I was feeling really proud of her and thinking that, after a year of doing this, she’d have had a big pile of money saved up. But nope. Zero. She spent everything. Turns out Every time she sells an item she buys other stuff. Not to sell though, just for herself.

To make it worse, I found out yesterday that she’s been buying all of her stock with money from our joint checking even though she has her own business account. So this is all coming out of my paycheck.

It’s very hard to talk to her about money. I try to be very delicate and understanding. I don’t raise my voice nor accuse. I simply asked she was doing this and she admitted she was. I told her it made me feel used and disrespected. I did not say she used me. I just said how I felt. She got super mad and basically said that i was stingy. I told her that I share everything with her and that the fact she would not put back what she’s taken out of our family budget after she makes a profit makes me feel like I’m not being treated as a partner. A partner would share the spoils too, but all I said was she should put back what she took, even if she keeps 100% of the profits. She has been super passive aggressive towards me since.

I hate feeling this way.
