Any email marketing tools led/owned by BIPOC?

I'm working with an organization that wants to improve their marketing tool stack and where they're sending their money. They're trying to use tools that are certified B Corps, like HelpScout, but also looking specifically for companies that are led or owned by BIPOC.

Any recommendations? So far, we haven't found any aside from MailChimp as the CEO identifies as Asian but...they've also gotten in a lot of trouble lately. MailerLite, Omnisend, Constant Contact, SendinBlue, DRip, ConvertKit, AWeber, GetResponse...all white.
