I'm about to graduate with a marketing degree after 5 years of facing an autoimmune disease that left me bedridden for 3 years. I dont have any experience, what can I do?

I'm going to an online school for my AA in marketing (free through my mom's union) I'm technically disabled, some days I can walk, some days I need a cane, some days I need a wheelchair.
So I've dealt with my health for 5 years instead of focusing on experience for a degree I want. Im finally about to graduate with my two year degree in business/marketing via online classes. and I'd love to get experience and internships while im getting my BA. Ive done 7 years of retail work before I got sick, I was even an shift manager at a well known department store when I was 18, but now im 26 and chronically ill.
