Post Body
My business partner and I are looking to hire an outside salesman for our marketing agency. She wants to hire on commission only. I'd like to offer a regular salary plus a smaller commission. Her argument is that if we pay a huge commission it keeps the salesperson constantly motivated and we want a motivated salesperson. I believe that even a small salary with a small commission structure will help us find a more long term employee and values the company more. Thoughts? Advice?
