I live in the Middle East we’re opportunity is booming - and I’ve recently built along with my father a B2B delivery service that leverages AI to streamline the entire last mile delivery process for stores and e-commerce brands.
Our competitive advantage is Ai, which reduces so much costs for us that we are able to charge very competitive delivery rates.
I want to know if anyone has experience the best way I should go about approaching businesse s and selling this service.
Our target market is computer and hardware stores, pharmacies, beauty brands, online retail shops, and flower shops.
Also was thinking about whether I should prioritize direct marketing, email marketing, LinkedIn, social media marketing.
I’ve always done B2C marketing but never actual B2B marketing so I’m kind of new!
