Is anyone working as a marketing analyst in the US? If yes, how did they they convince for visa sponsorship?

Hey there guys, I'm an aspiring marketing analyst current in my final semester of Masters. This job hunt is consuming alot in the current marketing conditions & I'm losing all of hope of landing an offer before I graduate. Is anyone working as a marketing analyst in the US? If yes, how did you convince the employer to sponsor your work visa?
This problem would mostly be for recent graduates. If anyone could guide me through this, I'd be grateful forever. Cheers 🍻
