Small psychiatric Telehealth practice needs marketing plan

I’m a 1 person telehealth practice with a few support staff. When Covid started the business really skyrocketed with patients. Fast forward 2 years and I need some ideas to get a fresh group of patients. Also my practice emphasizes on ADHD but treats all mental health. Social media is mostly out because of privacy issues. ( I did try it for a while but a patient thought a post of mine was like her and complained) so I’m off SM completely. I’d like to expand into long term care facilities. May the marketing group bless me with fresh idea or strategy.
