Can a schizophrenic be a marine biologist?

I just talk to myself. I live in Chicago and all we have is the Shedd Aquarium but I can work there and move to the coast later to get a degree or go to online school before I do move to the coast. Chicago does have a beach Incase y'all didn't know. It's Lake Michigan, it's nothing like Florida though.
Any advice is welcomed and would be helpful.
