Hi I'm Johnny and I'm 31. I've got Marfan's Syndrome and a lot of issues. Since I live in the shitty state of Mississippi I wasn't diagnosed with Marfan's until I was 25. I first found out I had scoliosis when I was 18, then it was years before they found out about Marfan's and it was total luck then. Then I had open heart surgery little later. About 12 years ago I was playing videogames and out of nowhere my hands started locking up , then pain goes up my arms and then around my scapula area becomes really inflamed. I stopped playing games and told it would help but it didn't. It started on my left arm and soon my right. 12 years later and I can still barely use my hands and arms. Just washing my hands makes my arms feel like I've been swinging something heavy all day. I can barely type a short text without pain. I've been told it was tendonitis, Pleurisy, then a pinched nerve, and now my primary says it's just arthritis but not bad enough for surgery. I'm having trouble believing it's just arthritis and it doesn't seem like it was the other reasons either. I recently had a nerve conduction test on my hands and arms and it came back all negative. Anyone else have this issue? Or is it just me? Any help is much appreciated.
