How do I find tech/teaching jobs?

Currently a HS senior, colorguard. I’ve seen people say to just email my local band directors to see what kinda of help they may need. But does anyone have specifics I could look into? Like how to build connections/a network etc? Also, if anyone here is an independent guard director, tips on how to begin an org in the future would be nice :)
