In the very beginning of my freshman year, my section (saxophones) had a section bonding at this one kid's house. At first everything went great. There was lots of chips, pretzels, sodas, shit like that at the bonding. we were playing Cards Against Humanity an it as a really great time. This was the first year that our two schools had decided to combine bands and form one huge band so no one really knew each other that well. We eventually decided to go swimming (the kid had a pool) and just have a massive pool noodle and splash fight. Right before I got in I realized I had to take a shit. I ran into the bathroom and did my business. When I tried to flush I realized that I had clogged the toilet. I reached to grab the plunger. Somehow it had gotten intertwined through the pipes leading into the wall, so when i tried to pull it out, it broke one of the pipes slightly. Once I realized what I had done and saw that the pipes were spraying a bit of water, I started panicking. I finally decided to leave it because I was so scared (yes, I know. POS move). The kid's mom comes out and calls him into the house. After around 20 minutes, he comes out and explains that the pipes had broken and asked which one of us did this. I worked up the courage to raise my hand. he said "okay" and went back into the house.
After this whole thing was over, I sincerely apologized and was teased ruthlessly. I'm also not allowed to take shits at other peoples houses during section bonding's. It's not all bad though because a couple of months after that his dad told him to thank me because I apparently saved them $3,000 (some insurance bull crap).
