If the factory is in Pakistan, I'm assuming a cost of labor at $1/hr.

($1 = 278.11Pkr) Average hourly wage in Pakistan is about 450-500pkr per hour. So, let's say $2/hr, including overhead.

A simple stainless steel mold, bottom and top part. From your another post, you need to do 20k pieces per month, which really isn't that many.

Each mold, let's say, can do 225 pieces (15x15 layout). Also, these silicone hammer heads need to be a certain weight/density. You find the silicone components giving you the correct density.

The top plat has about an inch of sides going above. You pour the silicone mix there, and with a stainless steel squeegee you push the mix into the forms. Put it on a vibrating table for about 5-10 mins, and use the squeegee. Vibrating table, squeegee, table, squeegee.

Have 4 molds like these. Each mold run will give you, 225 heads. Let's say 5-10 heads are defective as they don't meet the weight range required. That's still enough to get 20k per month production rate with 2x4 mold runs per day, even though the factory probably works 6 days a week.
