How to manufacture my product?

Good afternoon!

I'm looking to manufacture action figures/toys in 3d designs. The designs are currently in process and I am looking for some info on toy factories in Shenzen and/or adjoining cities in China. I hope you guys can guide me in the right direction. I am based in South Asia.

Also what sort of material is an action figure usually made from? I have searched and found that they are mostly from resin material.

With recent PLI schemes introduced in India, toy manufacturing, especially those without electronic parts have become cost competitive or substantially cheaper than Chinese suppliers - who are facing tax burdens backtracked since 2010 to prop up falling local government revenues and right now, they are not the darling of the government and have to pay nearly full price for energy.

Toy factories in Northern India and the state of Tamil Nadu have good quality and a few are cheaper than China.
