Looking for USA based EVA foam molders

Have some products we are considering making using EVA foam as an alternative to standard TPE injection molding. Tons of experience making molds for Nylon/PP and "hard" thermoplastics but almost none in EVA injection molding.

Google shows me a place in China (of course) and a place in Canada which I have opened dialogue with to get some info.

Anyone know of any EVA molding places that will run my molds in the US? Looking to get some material samples and info for design considerations for the mold/product. We can make the mold in house no problem and if we can't find someone in the US to make the products we will probably end up going with a TPE but we would love to look at EVA as an alternative.
