I own/operate a small online shop and currently have a wholesale supplier for a special purpose item that I sell. This supplier's manufacturer has been struggling to keep us both supplied so we both run out of stock frequently and have to wait weeks for restocking. Because of that I've been trying to find another manufacturer. I've done my own searches on both Google and Thomasnet and reached out to a few for quotes and haven't been able to find any who will make this item for me. They'll sell me the cording, but not attach the hardware to it and sell me the assembled item. So I come here in the hopes that someone can give me a lead for possible manufacturers or perhaps a different way to search for what I need.

The item is essentially a very short dog leash, about 7 inches long (as I said it's special purpose, which I won't explain here). Core-less cotton rope with a snap clasp attached to one end, the other end is spliced into a loop. Simple as pie.

I don't want to go to Aliexpress. Ideally I want a USA manufacturer, but I can go overseas if nobody in the USA will do this. Ideas?
