Spiny flower mantis hasn’t molted in a month? (No wings yet)

Hi everyone, my spiny flower mantis is L3-5 and hasn’t molted since August 21. They’re still eating and acting normal so should I just keep feeding every few days and hope for the best? I keep the temp around 77 degrees Fahrenheit and it drops a couple degrees at night, in case that info helps.
I’ve also heard conflicting info on temperatures for spiny flowers. Some people say 72-80 degrees is fine and others say 77-85. Any suggestions for the best range of temps?
