How often do I feed my mantis?

Hey everyone! So I am new to this and just got my first mantis! It’s doing well so far, i believe it’s anywhere from l2-l4 and when it first came, it wasn’t as plump as it is now. Every day I make sure there’s a few fruit flies in there, but I don’t want to underfeed or overfeed my mantis. So how do I prevent feeding it wrong and how do I know how much to feed?
