I accidentally slightly squished my ghost mantis abdomen

I went to feed my L2 ghost mantis and they tried to escape a few times. I kept putting them back in and I thought I got them in deep enough to close the lid without crushing them. I slowly closed the lid and it slightly caught the bottom of their abdomen. They’re bleeding a little bit but they’re alive. What are the chances that they’ll heal and make it to the next molt? I feel so horrible and don’t know what to do ):
