Anyone have any idea on how to get MangaMan (without the space) back?

Transferred all my stuff to a new iOS phone recently. Couldn't use MangaMan (and 2 other manga apps) on new phone and deleted it. MangaMan isn't available in my region (USA). Is there anyway I can get it back? I tried APK (for android) and that didn't work either. No other manga app has all the manga I was reading conveniently in one app if at all.

Also just tried using BlueStacks (technically for Windows but has a Mac affiliate) to try getting the app back and each time it tries to run, it shuts down my computer saying it's due to a problem
